Professional Certification Group Pty Ltd provides Building Certification Inspections and Approvals, Town Planning Services and Pool Compliance Inspections, as well as advice pertaining to these services.

• Specific information about your proposed development

You may supply this information in writing or verbally to one of our officers.

Disclosure

Any information given to us will be used to provide building certification, town planning, pool compliance services, or to assist with information and advice pertaining to these services.

We may disclose your information to Government entities where we are legislated to do so.

We will not disclose your information to any overseas recipients.

Marketing

We will never sell information about individuals to anyone else.
We may use your email address to send you marketing materials or information that we believe would be beneficial to you.

Destruction of Information

Your personal information will be retained for a period of five (5) years after your job is finalised. If the job is not finalised, then it remains an active job and your personal information will be retained until such a time that you request us to close the file.
