Small Lot Code Advice

Following industry questions, the Brisbane City Council has recently provided feedback regarding the interpretation of the Small Lot Code relating to the width of a double garage, length of a carport or garage in tandem arrangements, garage overshadowing requirements and overhang of the eave within the side boundary setback.
