NSW Government Introduces New $5 Fee for Lodging Certificates on Planning Portal

NSW Planning Portal Application Mandatory July 2021The NSW government has introduced a new $5 fee for lodging certificates on the planning portal.

This fee is in addition to the $36 Council lodgement fee.

The total fee for lodging certificates is now $41.18 (including surcharge).
