Moreton Bay Planning Scheme Approved

The State Government has approved the Moreton Bay Planning Scheme, which will come into effect on 1 February 2016. The new Scheme is available on the Council’s website at https://www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au/mbrcplanningscheme/.

Until then the existing Redcliffe, Caboolture and Pine Rivers Planning Schemes will remain in effect and all development applications lodged prior to 1 February 2016 will be assessed under the current planning schemes.
