Infrastructure Charges
We are aware that Unity Water and Qld Urban Utilities are charging infrastructure charges of approximately $8,000 for associated units and secondary dwellings. We are currently looking into this matter with Unity Water and Qld Urban Utilities and will advise accordingly.
