Design certificates are required from competent persons and give design or specification help and inspection help by certifying that a building design or specification will, if installed or carried out under the certificate, comply with the relevant building laws.

If required, we will identify these.

In Queensland, if you are using a specific design system, we may request for a Certificate (Form 15) from a qualified person such as an engineer.

For example, steel structures such as sheds and patios will come with an engineer’s certification with drawings and a Form 15.
