Ipswich City Council | Auxiliary Units and Dual Occupancies

Please be aware that changes to the Ipswich Planning Scheme which change Auxiliary Unit and Dual Occupancy definitions are anticipated to come into effect on Monday 27 October 2014.

For applications for Auxiliary Units to be considered under the self-assessable provisions, they must be lodged as properly made applications by today.

Please be aware that Ipswich City Council closely monitors all approvals issued by Private Certifiers.
